I am a transfer patient from a different office and am highly disappointed. I got new insurance this year and called to verify that they would accept my insurance. The front desk person said yes they take my insurance and helped me schedule an appointment. I had the first appointment of the day and still had to wait 15-20 minutes before being seen. After the appointment I got a bill for $300 because they were out of network. I called and when I told them what insurance I had immediately the person on the phone said it’s because they accept it, but I am just out of network. This is highly disappointing as the front desk person knew exactly what I was asking them and deliberately left out the fact that they will take my insurance even though it was out of network. Additionally, I was charged for new X-Rays even though the same company took X-Rays less than a year prior. It is very obvious that this company is in it for the money only. RE: After talking with one of the managers at this location the issue was resolved. I was told that the charges will not be collected and will be written off as a loss on their end. I am happy to hear this, but would have felt better knowing this up front. More

I brought myself & my 2 kids, & we all had a great experience!! It is exactly what they say on the radio...sunglasses, beats to listen to music , netflix, massaging chairs & of course free whitening!!! I recommend any & everyone 2 make an appointment!! ...& Carly was the best...so thorough & patient!!! More

First of all my appointment was at 130 and they actually called me back at that time. Nicole cleaned my teeth and she did a great job. She was very gentle and kind. I will be looking for her next time. Thanks Nicole for my pleasant experience. Also the young lady that explained my dental work was very pleasant as well. Appreciate the help. More

I love that this is a place where my entire family can get care! It doesn’t feel too kiddie for me or my 22 year old and it’s not too grown up for my soon to be 16 year old. We love the staff, they’re always pleasant and polite. They treat you like people, not just patients! Just today our dental technician was talking with my daughter about an anime show! They handle making appointments around our busy schedules and they are always willing to explain treatment plans and payment options! We LOVE (North Arlington) MINT dentistry! ❤️ More

Great Dentist office without a doubt !!! First and foremost, the staff is very knowledgeable very patient and just downright cool people can’t beat the atmosphere at Mint dentistry Isabella (I believe that was her name :( ) was very firm, but gentle at the same time, very knowledgeable, and told me many things that I did not know that will help me keep my teeth very healthy. The brother that did my x-rays was very welcoming and got it made through that process properly.I’ve been to a few other dentist offices, but I’m pretty sure I will not be going to any other Dentist office from here on out Mint will be my first and only choice thank you Mint dentistry in North Arlington😁 More

This place is awesome! I got same-day treatment. Everyone at the front desk was great at check-in. I had Stephanie the OM go over my treatment plan and I understood everything because insurance was confusing. I had Dr. Chen and Dr. Mohammadi complete treatment and they were gentle and patient with me. Thank you all for everything! More

Mint North Arlington well exceeded my expectations. I am not a fan of the dentist but they made the experience as nice as it could be. The check in staff was super nice and made me feel welcome. Amber Smith did my cleaning and she was very good, giving me breaks when needed and very helpful. Also excited to try the teeth whitening. Very good experience, I recommend to anyone. Update: Had another cleaning today with Candace. She is so fun to talk to and was really good at letting me know what she was doing and tips on how to floss/brush better for an easier cleaning next time. A dentist appointment being a great start to my day is not something I ever imagined. More

Nov 16th, this was my 2nd time visiting Mint Dentistry, Copeland location in Arlington. This time I had a better dentist and the BEST Dental Assistant I have ever had. Her name is Candace. She is thorough, A 1 personality, caring and just amazing. She is now my permanent dental hygienists!! If you go to this location ask for Candace, she is definitely the best. Thanks Candace!! More

I am first timer with Mint. The North Arlington location is beautifully designed. It was very easy to book an appointment online and I actually done it the night before. The staff is very friendly. The only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 star is because the guy who cleaned my teeth was a bit messy. The water splashed on my face throughout the cleaning and the suction straw was placed inside my jaw, which stuck to my tongue. I think he just needs a bit more training in that area. Overall, I would definitely recommend Mint Dentistry. More

The reasons for the 5 stars though is that they paid for my time. Which ended up paying for my filling I needed to get done. Pair that with the truly amazing staff across the board. Not only did I appreciate the empathy they took, but it actually taught me a lesson in mitigating a frustrated customer that would’ve left 1 star. Remarkable, keep it up. More

In all honesty I am only giving 5 Stars because my Second experience was so much better than my First. Also because Taylor is amazing!!!! I booked an appointment at the Arlington location for a deep cleaning. The first Dentist that came in to numb my teeth was friendly but I have to say that the numbing process was terrible, I screamed and cried so horribly from the pain and discomfort. I was then introduced to the Amazing Taylor who deep cleaned my teeth. Taylor was very professional, honest, caring and I truly felt that he had my best interest at heart. He gained my trust very quickly. He was very discreet and checked on my mental state of mind the entire time. In fact this hygienist was so great that I decided to schedule my second appointment for deep cleaning at the Dallas location because Taylor is mobile and was scheduled to be in Dallas. I highly recommend this guy to anyone needing a thorough deep cleaning and I Salute Mint Dentistry for hiring him, Great choice! More

Every time I go into Mint the front staff is friendly and thorough (especially) during this COVID time. Their service is also really great. Being comfortable is something they always do for you from entertainment and comfortable dentist chairs — the ease, if you have any dental anxiety is achieved. In regards to the dental work I’ve had cavity fills done and cleaning and both have gone well. They are sensitive to your pain and do the job well and efficiently. So far it has also been effective. For your first visit they provide whitening teething trays and whitening gels that have really worked for me. Every 6 months for my cleaning they provide more whitening gels which is great. Lastly their payment plan is awesome. Their smile program is great because it’s affordable and they really try to work with you. The service is typically fast. The only time I’ve waited for a small period is when the actual dentist who performs any type of fill comes in. But the hygienist and the waiting time in the waiting room is really quick! It’s been almost 3 years and I continue to go to this Mint Dentistry location. More

I will say, after a 2 hour wait in the lobby I was pretty frustrated especially with having to rebook another appointment after the visit. It was the first time it had happened out of a dozen visits. The reasons for the 5 stars though is that they paid for my time. Which ended up paying for my filling I needed to get done. Pair that with the truly amazing staff across the board. Not only did I appreciate the empathy they took, but it actually taught me a lesson in mitigating a frustrated customer that would’ve left 1 star. Remarkable, keep it up. More

I was very nervous about coming to get my crown done, but Dr. Brunson put me at ease and let me understand the whole procedure. I will be coming to him in the future. HOWEVER, I was highly upset and disappointed when I wanted to ask more questions before my procedure started and Dr. Rodriguez, who isn’t even the doctor that did my exams, was very rude and impatient with my inquiries. I’ve had too many bad dental experiences so I know now I need to ask questions to make sure everything is clear, but her condescending tone and lack of customer service skills made me very uneasy. Went in for a cleaning as a new patient today. They were a little slow, but it was well worth it (Lots of patients and short on hands, but they made it work). The policy of crediting us for our time makes it so much more bearable: if you wait over 10 minutes to be seen from your scheduled appointment time, they will credit you $1.00 per minute over towards services. The entire visit took about two hours from my scheduled appointment. Everyone I met had amazing attitudes, really worked well together, and I really felt like I was in a positive environment. Great down-to-earth people. They do so much to make you feel comfortable, on levels I have never experienced from a dentist before. Also, they’re paperless, which is awesome. I hate doing paperwork. They didn’t “yell” at me like traditional dentists and dental hygienists tend to do, they told me everything they were going to do before they did it, and I left with a clean mouth. Seriously. Not a single four letter word escaped me out of anger or frustration. The one thing I will say is that the insurance verification process was a little difficult. I didn’t receive a callback like I was supposed to, but the receptionist verified my insurance in seconds. I wish the call center could do that. Thanks for everything.
