"I am a transfer patient from a different office and am highly disappointed. I got new insurance this year and called to verify that they would accept my insurance. The front desk person said yes they take my insurance and helped me schedule an appointment. I had the first appointment of the day and still had to wait 15-20 minutes before being seen. After the appointment I got a bill for $300 because they were out of network. I called and when I told them what insurance I had immediately the person on the phone said it’s because they accept it, but I am just out of network. This is highly disappointing as the front desk person knew exactly what I was asking them and deliberately left out the fact that they will take my insurance even though it was out of network. Additionally, I was charged for new X-Rays even though the same company took X-Rays less than a year prior. It is very obvious that this company is in it for the money only. RE: After talking with one of the managers at this location the issue was resolved. I was told that the charges will not be collected and will be written off as a loss on their end. I am happy to hear this, but would have felt better knowing this up front."

It is exactly what they say on the radio...sunglasses, beats to listen to music , netflix, massaging chairs & of course free whitening!!! I recommend any & everyone 2 make an appointment!! ...& Carly was the best...so thorough & patient!!!"
